artist profile: I generally paint, with the use of mixed media. I often explore the subject of the soul consisting of multiple layers including: introspection of social, political, spiritual, or sexual ideals (often merging). I also interpet the subject of subjectivity and identity as major conduits for the human soul. I will often include animals in my work to symbolize different aspects of the human spirit. In this way, the animal essentially acts as shepard.
 
personality: I'm easy going, love to laugh. I read people very well, and almost immediately. I have a deep affection for nature and animals.
 
interests: As a painter, I feel I am often excluded in today's gallery market, so I'd love to gather ideas from other painters to learn how to make my paintings more "public gallery" ready. But I'm open to all artists who just want to brain-storm.
